COVID-19 Restrictions & Protocols

The health and safety of our clients and team are of the utmost importance to us. As such, we have implemented a variety of protocols in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Party Size Limits

Due to the rising number of cases in Arizona, we are only accepting parties of eight guests or less. This policy will remain in effect through the end of 2020, but we will continue to evaluate it as new information becomes available. If you already have a dinner booked that is above this party size limit, we will still honor your reservation. We will just not take on new reservations over eight total guests that occur before January 1, 2021.

Self-Health Screenings

We have asked that each of our chefs perform a self-health screening the morning of each dinner, including a temperature check. If a Privato chef has a fever or any other COVID-19 symptoms or has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, we will either find a suitable chef replacement or cancel the upcoming dinner and provide a full refund of the deposit.

Likewise, we ask that all of our clients perform self-health screenings prior to dinner to ensure no one in the party is displaying any COVID-19 symptoms. If anyone in the party has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, we require that they do not attend the dinner unless they have already tested negative.

We reserve the right to do a contactless temperature check of all guests at dinner upon arrival.

Masks

All Privato chefs will arrive to dinner wearing a mask.

While these policies may impact how you interact with the Privato brand and our chefs in the short-term, they are in place to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved. We appreciate your understanding. Play stay safe and well!
